Business Analyst Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

- Comfortable speaking Mandarin, with a strong willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Possess strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- Proactive, with a high sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., INDEX-MATCH, nested IFs, data validation, and reconciliation)
- Highly meticulous with strong attention to detail, and comfortable handling large datasets (10,000+ rows)
- Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across various levels of the organization


Job Descriptions :

- Liaise with stakeholders across both shipment and warehouse divisions to prepare data and templates for new onboarding and ongoing projects
- Maintain existing process flows while proactively identifying opportunities to improve current templates and processes
- Identify and anticipate potential business risks that may impact profitability
- Act as a bridge between operations and finance teams to resolve irregular issues effectively
