AI Product Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Lead the product planning and technical implementation of AI Agent (intelligent agent) solutions
• Design, orchestrate, and optimize multi-agent workflows (Agent Workflow)
• Build autonomous agent systems based on large language models, including core capabilities such as tool usage (Tool Use), memory management, and planning & reasoning
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive the iteration of AI agents from prototype to production-level systems
• Translate complex business processes into scalable and executable agent workflows

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Familiar with Prompt Engineering and multi-agent collaboration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
• Experience with at least one mainstream LLM API (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, Qwen, DeepSeek) and understanding of Function Calling / Tool Use mechanisms
• Proven experience in building complex agent workflows (e.g., multi-step task decomposition, tool integration, state management, memory systems) is highly preferred
• Strong system thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex processes into executable workflows
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams
