Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
  • Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
  • Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
  • Handle procurement documentation, including invoices, contracts, and reports.
  • Work with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely payment and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or above) and English
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations is a plus.
