Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Handle procurement documentation, including invoices, contracts, and reports.
- Work with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely payment and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or above) and English
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations is a plus.
