Branch Performance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

1. Timeliness monitoring and anomaly analysis: Monitor real-time timeliness data for each link, including pick-up, handover, receipt, delivery, and signing.

2. System implementation and standard enforcement: Promote the implementation of various operational specifications and service standards from headquarters at branch offices.

3. Data reporting and management support: Generate daily/weekly/monthly timeliness and quality data reports (system).

4. Quality management and problem package handling: Drive improvements in lost, damaged, and complaint cases.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in logistics management, supply chain management, Data Analysis, or related fields preferred.

2. Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint, with certain data analysis capabilities.

3. Proficient in Indonesian, with excellent Chinese speaking and literacy skills.
