Finance Settlement Manager

Job Requirements:

1. 5 or above years of relevant experience with management experience
2. Well-versed in settlement systems
3. Good command of written and spoken English, preferably able to speak mandarin (HSK 5)
4. Good management skills, organize and assign tasks to team members
5. Good interpersonal and communications skills
6. Strong sense of responsibility and able to work with pace and pressure
7. Shift duty and work on public holidays may be required if necessary

Job Descriptions:

1. To be senior member of the Operations and Settlement team and be responsible for settlement of franchise, vendor and customer.
2. Ensure all settlement functions are performed properly with accuracy and integrity
3. Communicate with internal and external parties on any settlement related issues
4. Monitor, handle and solve issues about transactions and settlements
5. Assist in enhancing operational procedures and improving existing systems
6. Participate in system implementation, UAT and ad-hoc projects as assigned
7. Act as project manager or specialist role for business projects when necessary
