Capacity Dispatch (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

1. Monitor vehicles during transit using the GPS tracking system.
2. Verify and approve overtime task receipts, travel allowances, and other related operational documents.
3. Communicate with regional/area teams to handle abnormal or irregular issues, as well as conduct daily operational coordination.
4. Act as a capacity control tower to monitor and manage transportation capacity.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1 year of relevant working experience in logistics, transportation, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Able to communicate in Mandarin at a conversational level (spoken and written).
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM, and 11:00 PM–8:00 AM).
