Project Planning Staff

Position 1:

Responsible for the courier incentive schemes and efficiency evaluation. Ensure that the incentive plans are reasonable and achievable for couriers. Accountable for promoting delivery-based incentive programs and analyzing their effectiveness.

Position 2:

Responsible for mapping the delivery area for branches and couriers, including the initial application of the three-segment code. Review and evaluate the logic and coverage of the area mapping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin for daily communication
• Skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office or WPS
• Capable of basic data processing and document preparation
• Background in internet or logistics industry is preferred
• Able to understand process design logic and demonstrate innovative thinking
• Willing to travel domestically within Indonesia
• Strong time management and self-motivation skills
