Job Descriptions: 
1. Assist daily operational activities of the team or supervisor.
2. Support communication and documentation processes in Mandarin.
3. Prepare and manage operational data using Excel.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
6. Assist in scheduling, meeting preparation, and other operational activities.
7. Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

General Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) mandatory.
2. Able to operate Microsoft Excel.
3. Detail-oriented, organized in administrative tasks, and able to work systematically.
4. Possess good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
5. Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
