Logistic Trainee

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or Business
2. Open to fresh graduates with a strong academic record or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
4. Willingness to be permanently stationed in Palu, Central Sulawesi, or surrounding regional areas

Job Descriptions
1. Manage daily distribution activities at the Palu Gateway to ensure on-time, every-time delivery performance
2. Coordinate effectively as a liaison between internal departments and external partners
3. Analyze distribution flows and identify bottlenecks to provide data-driven solutions
4. Create operational performance reports and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
