Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize e-commerce data including sales, customer behavior, marketing campaigns, and product performance.
  • Conduct data analysis and build models to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with clear visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, customer retention, and marketing ROI; raise alerts for anomalies or irregularities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Support communication and reporting between local and regional teams in both English and Mandarin.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data-driven solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, data analytics, and business performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and able to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Team player with high initiative and eagerness to learn.
