About the job e-Commerce Data Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize e-commerce data including sales, customer behavior, marketing campaigns, and product performance.
- Conduct data analysis and build models to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with clear visualizations for stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, customer retention, and marketing ROI; raise alerts for anomalies or irregularities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and digital marketing effectiveness.
- Support communication and reporting between local and regional teams in both English and Mandarin.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data-driven solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interest in e-commerce, data analytics, and business performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and able to derive actionable insights from data.
- Ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Team player with high initiative and eagerness to learn.
