- Open to frequent travel (domestically).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential leads.
- Assist in developing business proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Translate documents and interpret meetings when needed (Mandarin Bahasa Indonesia/English).
- Support in managing and expanding partnerships with overseas and local clients.
- Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events (local and intercity).
