Graphic Designer Intern - Jakarta

Job Description:
1. Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for employer branding content across social media and internal platforms.
2. Collaborate with the HR and marketing team to develop creative concepts that showcase company culture, values, and work environment.
3. Design promotional materials, such as infographics, banners, posters, and digital assets for recruitment campaigns.
4. Edit photos and videos to enhance employer branding initiatives.
5. Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging in all visual content.
6. Stay updated with design trends and best practices to improve content quality.
7. Support other design needs as required by the team.

Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
3. Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
4. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
5. Good understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
6. Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
