Project Cost and P&L Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsible for managing project costs, supporting quotations, analyzing profit and loss, providing financial data, and improving cost control processes.

Job Description:

• Organize and monitor project costs, identify risks, and find savings.
• Support sales with cost estimates for bids and quotations.
• Analyze project profit and loss regularly and suggest improvements.
• Collect and report project financial data to support decisions.
• Help build and improve cost control processes and systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project finance or cost management, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong skills in cost accounting, financial analysis, profit and loss analysis, and project data review.
• Familiar with project management processes and budget control systems in medium/large companies.
• Proficient in Excel, PPT, financial tools, and ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity, and good communication skills in Chinese, English, or Indonesian.
