Job Description:
- Optimize and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and outlet-level operational rules to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Translate documents, communication materials, and discussions between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia/English as needed.
- Assist the manager in day-to-day operations, coordination tasks, and strategic project implementation.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Contribute to the development and execution of internal training programs related to SOP and process improvements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Participate in field visits and business trips to assess and support outlet operations directly.
Job Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in any major.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful training and operational improvement programs.
- Strong critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant business and communication tools.
- Willing to travel for business purposes as required.
