Job Description:

  • Optimize and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and outlet-level operational rules to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Translate documents, communication materials, and discussions between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia/English as needed.
  • Assist the manager in day-to-day operations, coordination tasks, and strategic project implementation.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of internal training programs related to SOP and process improvements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Participate in field visits and business trips to assess and support outlet operations directly.

    Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in any major.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful training and operational improvement programs.
  • Strong critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant business and communication tools.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes as required.
