Quality Improvement Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Collecting and interpreting data
• Analyzing results
• Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
• Improvement in timely pickup rates: Enhance the pickup timeliness for TikTok, Lazada, AkuLaku, Shopee, and Blibli
• Manage undelivered orders, and ensure the accuracy of order scheduling at branch offices
• Improve handling of lost items, damages, and complaints
  
  Job Requirements
• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5)
• Skilled in handling Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
• 1-2 years of logistics experience
• Ability to drive process improvements
