Air Freight Monitoring Staff

Job Description
1. Handle delivery exceptions or issues, such as missed deliveries or damaged goods, and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution
2. Responsible for inputting JFS data and updating each post in JFS
3. Monitoring daily Shipment (Sunday-Monday) Exciting and new Customer approximately 20 and project contract logistics
4. Monitoring DO return
5. Receive and process customer orders, verify order details, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to ensure the availability of goods for delivery

Job Requirements
1. Strong organizational and communication skills
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
3. Experience in logistics, order processing, or supply chain is a plus
4. Familiarity with logistics systems such as JFS (preferred)
