Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Supervise daily operations: receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and returns.
2. Monitor team performance and ensure accurate, timely execution of tasks.
3. Report daily issues and support problem-solving in coordination with the manager.
4. Ensure team compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
5. Assist in staff training, shift planning, and resource allocation.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and report operational data to the Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum degree in Bachelor or higher.
2. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
3. Hands-on experience in ERP systems and basic reporting using Excel.
4. Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
5. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Mandarin proficiency preferred.
7. Willing to be assigned to Tangerang, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya.
