Performance Control Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

1. Performance data collection and collation. Collect key performance data such as KPIs of personnel in each department, project KPIs, operational data, and execution progress; Establish a unified performance data ledger and assessment record system to ensure that the data is true, complete, and traceable.
2. Performance analysis and feedback. Classify and organize performance data and analyze trends to identify execution deviations and room for improvement; Regularly output performance reports and analysis reports for management decision-making reference; Assist in organizing performance review meetings and participate in the preparation of performance interview materials.
3. Performance mechanism optimization support. Sort out existing performance assessment mechanisms and processes and put forward improvement suggestions; Assist in formulating or optimizing the performance assessment dimensions and weights of projects and positions; Promote the standardization and informatization of performance evaluation processes.
4. Cross-departmental collaboration and process support. Collaborate with HR, finance, operations and other departments to unify performance-related calibers; Participate in other data management and process supervision work in the supply chain middle platform.

Job Requirement

1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, majors in human resources management, data analysis, business management, logistics management, etc. are preferred.
2. Work experience: 2-4 years of work experience in performance management, project management or data analysis, with cross-departmental collaboration experience preferred.
3. Professional ability: Familiar with the basic methods and indicator system of performance management; Have solid data processing skills, and be proficient in using Excel, PPT, and BI tools (such as Power BI/Tableau is preferred); Can independently complete the production of performance reports, charts, and analysis models; Those who understand the basic operating procedures of the supply chain or logistics industry are preferred.
4. General ability: Clear logical thinking, strong communication and expression skills; Pay attention to details, strong execution, and good stress resistance; Have good organizational coordination skills and teamwork spirit; Good Chinese writing skills, and extra points for those who can communicate in Chinese, English, Chinese and Indonesian.
