Job Description:

  1. Act as a liaison between the company and Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure smooth communication.
  2. Assist clients by answering inquiries related to products, services, or business processes.
  3. Handle complaints and help resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  4. Follow up on client requests and needs to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. Support internal teams by translating documents, emails, or verbal conversations from/into Mandarin.
  6. Prepare daily/weekly reports on client activities and issues to the supervisor.
  7. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure client requests are processed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in any major.
  2. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented.
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in customer service or client support is an advantage.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant work tools.
