Job Description:
- Act as a liaison between the company and Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist clients by answering inquiries related to products, services, or business processes.
- Handle complaints and help resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on client requests and needs to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support internal teams by translating documents, emails, or verbal conversations from/into Mandarin.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on client activities and issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure client requests are processed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in customer service or client support is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant work tools.
