Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:
Translate all necessary materials including reports, verbal communication, and meetings.
Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of mandatory package delivery data.
Conduct SOP training for gateway teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Support in maintaining training materials and updating SOPs as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow and operational standards.
Willing to travel for business trips within Indonesia.

Job Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills with the ability to accurately convey information.
Deep understanding of Mandarin grammar, vocabulary, and expressions.
Open to business trips across Indonesia.
