Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end selection, onboarding, and management of manpower providers.
  • Oversee manpower budgets, cost calculations, and payroll coordination with Finance.
  • Monitor vendor SLAs and KPIs to ensure high service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage contracts and ensure all labor practices follow local laws and regulations.
  • Analyze vendor data and process workflows to drive operational improvements.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years in HR Operations, Payroll, or Outsourcing Vendor Management.
  • Fluent in English for active communication (verbal & written)
  • Strong knowledge of salary structures, THR, and BPJS regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and coordinate effectively with multiple external partners.
