Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end selection, onboarding, and management of manpower providers.
- Oversee manpower budgets, cost calculations, and payroll coordination with Finance.
- Monitor vendor SLAs and KPIs to ensure high service quality and efficiency.
- Manage contracts and ensure all labor practices follow local laws and regulations.
- Analyze vendor data and process workflows to drive operational improvements.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years in HR Operations, Payroll, or Outsourcing Vendor Management.
- Fluent in English for active communication (verbal & written)
- Strong knowledge of salary structures, THR, and BPJS regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to negotiate and coordinate effectively with multiple external partners.
