Capacity Dispatch (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

1. Monitor vehicles during transit using the GPS tracking system.
2. Verify and approve overtime task receipts, travel allowances, and other related operational documents.
3. Communicate with regional/area teams to handle abnormal or irregular issues, as well as conduct daily operational coordination.
4. Act as a capacity control tower to monitor and manage transportation capacity.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in any related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience (including internship experience).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
4. Willing to work in shifts.
5. Mandarin communication skills are required.
