About the job Operation Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Descriptions:
- Multi-channel Support: Handle inquiries, orders, after-sales service, and complaints via phone, live chat and email
- Bilingual Communication: Serve as liaison between Chinese headquarters, Chinese clients, and Indonesia local teams/vendors; translate documents and facilitate communication
- Order & After-Sales Management: Process orders, track logistics, handle returns/exchanges, coordinate dispute resolution, and follow through until the issue is solved
- Data & Feedback: Document customer issues, compile FAQs, optimize service workflows, and drive customer satisfaction improvement
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Support marketing, operations, and logistics teams; participate in customer engagement activities and localization initiatives
Requirements:
- Preferred 1 year experience
- College diploma or above, outgoing, proactive, good at communication, a team player, and possess excellent management, organizational, and coordination skills;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Language requirement : Indonesia, English and Chinese
