Supply Chain Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

1. Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations.
2. Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and relevant stakeholders.
3. Work closely with managerial-level stakeholders to support the smooth execution of departmental activities.
4. Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective team coordination.
5. Act as a backup support for team members when needed.
6. Prepare reports, handle administrative tasks, and perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
7. Learn and develop professional expertise in the logistics industry.
   

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Fluent in Mandarin, minimum HSK Level 5 or above.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills.
5. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
