Warehouse Supervisor (Chemicals)

Job description :

1. Lead the team with a focus on user interests, assisting the person in charge in implementing and executing the philosophy of a user-centric enterprise.
2. Manage and monitor the entire process of hazardous chemicals' inbound, outbound, and inventory to ensure efficient service is provided to every user.
3. Control the internal supply of hazardous chemical spare parts, accessories, special tools, chemicals, and power batteries to guarantee user service experience.
4. Responsible for team work evaluations, performance management, and skill training, continuously improving the team's service quality.
5. Participate in organizing various business training sessions and continuously empower the team.
6. Oversee the company's hazardous chemicals warehouse and distribution operations and management, including safe warehouse operations, hazardous chemical transport vehicle and driver management, and transportation safety management.

Job requirement :

1. Bachelors degree or above, preferably majoring in warehousing, logistics, or related fields
2. More than three years of experience working with hazardous chemical spare parts and accessories, familiar with hazardous chemical management processes and workflow control.
3. More than two years of experience in hazardous chemical management, with at least one year of experience in the new energy lithium battery-related industry.
4. Possess excellent professional knowledge in hazardous chemical operations, warehousing, and transportation; understand national policies, laws, regulations, and industry standards related to hazardous chemical management; well-versed in knowledge related to the new energy battery industry.
5. Demonstrate excellent inventory management skills and the ability to manage power battery storage.
