Job Description

  • Translate all necessary materials including reports, verbal communication, and meetings.
  • Responsible for assets in GW and determine the needs of daily workers and according to efficiency targets
  • Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of mandatory package delivery data.
  • Conduct SOP training for gateway teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Support in maintaining training materials and updating SOPs as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow and operational standards


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelors degree
  • Candidate MUST be capable ini MANDARIN languages, conversation, reading & writing
  • Eager to learn and grow as a professional in the logistic industry
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Self-driven, motivated, high integrity & responsibility
  • Have good communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
