Role Description
- Assist in communicating and contacting to Chinese clients and also Indonesian local clients.
- Assist in creating quotation form, edit contracts (already have the template).
- Assist in informing/follow-up customers invoice already issued.
- Introduce flow process and company introduction to new join sales.
- Help in arrange and maybe translate interview for the department.
- Help in booking meeting room for weekly meeting and daily meeting (administration stuff).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin language (HSK 5 or above)
- Bachelor's degree in any filed
- Proficient in office software usage
- Cheerful personality willing to communicate with clients
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus
