Role Description

  1. Assist in communicating and contacting to Chinese clients and also Indonesian local clients.
  2. Assist in creating quotation form, edit contracts (already have the template).
  3. Assist in informing/follow-up customers invoice already issued.
  4. Introduce flow process and company introduction to new join sales.
  5. Help in arrange and maybe translate interview for the department.
  6. Help in booking meeting room for weekly meeting and daily meeting (administration stuff).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mandarin language (HSK 5 or above)
  • Bachelor's degree in any filed
  • Proficient in office software usage
  • Cheerful personality willing to communicate with clients
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus
