Job Requirements:

  2. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, decision-making approach.
  3. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the HR field; experience in a Chinese company is an advantage.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred.
  5. Demonstrates high integrity, strong commitment, and a self-motivated attitude.
