Job Description

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, decision-making approach.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the HR field; experience in a Chinese company is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred.
- Demonstrates high integrity, strong commitment, and a self-motivated attitude.
