IT Systems & Network Administrator (Hospitality)

Position: IT Systems & Network Administrator
Industry: Hospitality
Location: On-site, Poipet Cambodia
Salary: $1000 - $1200

Responsibilities:
- Be part of a support team, communicating well with other departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues.
- Implement and troubleshoot firewall, routers, switches, and servers.
- Monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate hardware replacements and carrier/supplier issues.
- Document IT infrastructures and ensure standards are being implemented.
- Prepare analyses of the security, capacity, and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
- Research, plan, design, implement, and improve IT systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Indonesian / Filipino / Malaysian
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and networking fundamentals (eg.
routing, vlan, TCP/IP, switches).
- Understanding of OSI model and network troubleshooting.
- Preferable to have knowledge in Docker & virtualization.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- CCNA or other related certifications is a plus
