Position Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Field Sales Consultant to spearhead the expansion of our sports venue network. Your primary mission is to hit the ground running, visit sports complexes (Badminton, Pickleball, Futsal, Tennis, and Basketball), and convince venue owners to list their courts on the AFA App. You will introduce venue owners to the AFA Biz platform—showing them how to eliminate manual notebook tracking, stop customer "no-shows" via our secure pre-payment e-wallet, and instantly fill empty time slots. This is a pure acquisition role for someone who loves being in the field, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
1.Pipeline
Generation:Identify & Map.Locate, map, and cold-visit sports complexes, clubs, and independent courts within your assigned territory.
2.Pitch & Demo:Showcase AFA Biz.Meet directly with venue owners, managers, and decision-makers. Conduct live demonstrations of the AFA Biz app, highlighting features like automated scheduling and real-time sales tracking.
3.Objection Handling:Solve Owner Pain Points.Address venue friction points (e.g., "I already use WhatsApp/Notebooks," "Players cancel last minute"). Demonstrate how AFA eliminates financial leaks through secure, automated booking deposits.
4.Contracting & Onboarding:Close the Deal.Negotiate partnership terms, sign the service agreements, and secure court inventory allocation. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth digital onboarding and court setup on the app.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years of field sales, merchant acquisition, or face-to-face B2B sales experience (experience acquiring merchants for food delivery apps, POS software, or payment gateways is a massive plus).
Industry Passion:
A strong connection to sports (Badminton, Pickleball, Football/Futsal) helps you speak the venue owner's language naturally.
Hustle Mentality: Comfortable with cold-calling, drop-ins, and spending 80% of your day out on the field.
Tech Savvy: Ability to confidently demo a mobile app/tablet dashboard to non-technical business owners.
Communication: Persuasive negotiator with strong local language proficiency to navigate discussions with local business owners.
Mobility: Must have own transport (motorcycle/car) and be willing to travel within Phnom Penh areas.
