Role Context:

We are seeking a senior Technical Solution Architect who will serve as a customer-facing technical leader, owning the end-to-end architecture for solutions built on the Innovative platform.

Core Purpose:

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical architectures
• Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations and cloud-native solutions
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across all solution components

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, IBM Maximo, and Oracle EAM
• Define and implement APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven solutions
• Establish security frameworks including OAuth, SAML, and identity/access management
• Lead architecture discussions, workshops, and solutioning sessions with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with architecture standards
• Drive best practices in scalability, performance optimization, and system reliability
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle—from design to deployment

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture and system integration
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
• Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM
• Strong knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise SaaS or digital transformation programs
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
• Exposure to mobile-first or industrial solutions (preferred for Innovative context)
• Proven ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
