About the Role:
Juara is looking for a highly skilled Integration Manager to lead the integration of smart city systems and technologies in Riyadh. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless interoperability across various digital platforms, infrastructure, and services within urban development initiatives. The candidate should bring in-depth expertise in systems integration and strong stakeholder coordination capabilities within the smart city domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end integration of smart city solutions, including IoT, mobility, energy, safety, and sustainability platforms.
- Coordinate with government entities, contractors, and technology vendors to ensure cohesive system interoperability.
- Develop and implement integration strategies that align with Riyadh's digital transformation objectives.
- Ensure compliance with both international and local data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure standards.
- Identify and manage integration risks, ensuring alignment between design and operational systems.
- Provide technical oversight during design, implementation, testing, and commissioning stages.
- Deliver timely reports, technical documentation, and executive briefings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in systems integration, with at least 3 years in smart city or large-scale urban infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-vendor technology ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of ICT, SCADA, GIS, IoT platforms, and data integration frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Prior experience in the GCC region is highly desirable.
