Job Summary

We are looking for a GeM Portal Executive with hands-on experience in managing activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The candidate should be well-versed in tender participation, bid submission, order management, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's GeM Portal account.
  • Identify and participate in relevant GeM bids and tenders.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and government buyers.
  • Handle order processing, contract execution, and invoice-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and procurement procedures.
  • Track tender status, bid results, and order fulfillment.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal.
  • Knowledge of government procurement and tendering processes.
  • Experience in bid preparation and submission.
  • Familiarity with Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in IT, telecom, or government procurement projects is an added advantage.
