THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Account Coordinator you are a key member of the team, responsible for leading your assigned projects, managing multiple initiatives, and supporting any client initiatives that require delivery. You would be a key point of contact between agency and vendors, with direct client interaction. Due to the integrated nature of the Agency, the Account Coordinator will also be required to work with teams across departments including creative, digital, and experiential marketing to ensure overall success on assigned projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead assigned projects and ensure on-time and on- budget delivery
  • Manage projects with consistent high quality and integrity
  • Actively track work back schedules and estimates to ensure smooth project management
  • Accountable for the execution, and quality control of all projects from brief to completion on schedule and within budget, under supervision of senior team members
  • Create estimates, work-back schedules, project status documents and other associated project documentation
  • Assist with brainstorming and concepting, looking for every opportunity to bring creativity forward
  • Manage any vendors used on a project
  • Present and obtain client approvals where applicable
  • Brief and work with the creative team for any creative needed
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to achieve maximum efficiency and results contributing to department profitability
  • Communicate client issues to the Account / Project Lead on a regular basis • Willing to work on alcohol and cannabis related clients
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous account and/or project management experience in a consumer/shopper agency setting or related professional environment preferred
  • Results-focused, self-starter, organized, highly motivated and detail-oriented with a high level of

energy/high sense of urgency, with an understanding of time-sensitivity

  • Ability to multi-task, process information expeditiously, and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a timely manner and flexibility to adapt to changing workload
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven time management and budget management skills
  • Strong computer skills (PC Windows and Microsoft Office)
  • Social media awareness and proficiency an asset
