Juniper Horizons are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a friendly, well-established private dental practice based in Northwood, London. Our client is seeking a confident and professional Dental Receptionist to join their welcoming team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong dental background, ideally a former Dental Nurse, who is looking to transition into a front-of-house role while remaining within a clinical environment.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and providing a high standard of customer care
Managing a busy appointment diary efficiently
Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
Liaising closely with dentists and the wider clinical team
Supporting general administrative duties within the practice

Requirements
Previous dental practice experience is essential
Dental nursing background strongly preferred
Good understanding of dental procedures and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Experience with dental software systems is advantageous
