  • Sous Chef – £32 per hour
  • Chef de Partie – £28 per hour

About the Opportunity

Juniper Horizons are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, family-run hotel located in the stunning surroundings of North Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate and dedicated kitchen team in a high-quality hospitality environment known for its exceptional standards and warm, personal service.

The Roles

Sous Chef

  • Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
  • Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Train and mentor junior chefs

Chef de Partie

  • Take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen
  • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
  • Support the wider team during busy service periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a quality hotel or restaurant environment
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
