Juniper Horizons are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation in London, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join their finance team.

The Role
As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of the business. You will work closely with internal teams to provide accurate reporting and valuable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage month-end and year-end processes
• Prepare management accounts and financial statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors where required
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Identify opportunities for improving financial processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in an accounting role
• AAT, ACCA, ACA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
