This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and driven Senior Sous Chef to join a high-performing kitchen team delivering outstanding culinary experiences for weddings and exclusive events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in leading and managing the kitchen team on a day-to-day basis
  • Deliver high-quality, fine dining dishes consistently to an exceptional standard
  • Assist in menu development, with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during high-volume wedding and event service
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and kitchen cost control
  • Uphold the venue's reputation for excellence in food presentation and service

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining environment
  • Strong background in high-end hospitality, ideally within events or wedding venues
  • Experience in French cuisine is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence
  • Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred)
