Our client is a leading company that develops and markets breast image analysis and cutting edge machine learning applications and services. Their product improves breast cancer survival rates by detecting cancers earlier so that treatment can be more effective and less invasive.
About the position:
We are looking for a seeking a highly motivated, experienced and ambitious sales professional to drive growth in the Northern Europe region through both direct sales and Channel Partners. As a Sales Director, you will be selling our product Transpara to clinicians, IT representatives and the medical facility C-Suite. This role requires building this market, so developing a sales plan and executing on it will be a key part.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and exceeding sales objectives in the assigned sales geography.
- Responsible for the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to signing the contract.
- Owning and managing the whole Channel Partner cycle (recruit, onboard and accelerate).
- Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
- Collaborating with Sales and Technical Teams (direct and Channel Partners) to drive sales opportunities.
Job requirements
You are self-motivated with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and initiative. Moreover, you possess the ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, problem solve, analyze, and resolve at both a strategic and tactical level. You have a strong customer orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals. Furthermore, you have:
- Bachelor's Degree+ with 5+ years sales experience at a Healthcare / Medical or SaaS organization.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Experience with managing Channel Partners.
- Ability to travel somewhat frequently (on occasion several nights per week) throughout your sales region.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with DICOM.
- Experience selling AI or Mammography solutions.
- Technical and clinical experience with medical imaging software applications.
- You speak other Northern European languages (besides English).
