Innovation & Continuous Improvement Partner

We are currently recruiting an Innovation & Continuous Improvement Partner for a reference client in the agribusiness sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, plan, and coordinate R&D projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives;
  
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in internal processes;
• Promote efficiency within the product/supplier logistics chain and optimize stock management;
• Foster partnerships with universities, research centers, CoLabs, and other external entities involved in R&D activities;
• Coordinate R&D projects with impact across the value chain agricultural production, processing, distribution, and retail;
• Collaborate with Quality, Procurement, Marketing, Production, and Logistics teams to implement new processes;
• Monitor technological and market trends relevant to the sector (e.g., AI, robotics, automation, etc.);
• Prepare, submit, and manage applications for funding programs related to R&D and sustainability projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in roles related to innovation and process transformation;
• Proven experience in preparing, submitting, and managing funded project applications;
• Strong knowledge of sustainability, innovation, and emerging technologies;
• Solid project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders;
• Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and results-oriented approach;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Strategic vision combined with operational focus;
• Collaborative leadership and experience in team and project management;
• Creativity and scientific curiosity.
