Junior Business Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing company in the industry sector. We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join a high-impact, international project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements, working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear specifications for development teams or other business units;
• Analyze existing business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance functionality;
• Support the implementation of solutions, participating in testing, deployment, and user training;
• Create reports and presentations, summarizing analysis findings and communicating them to relevant stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, sales, and others) to ensure alignment between business needs and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies (e.g., use case modeling, process mapping, and data modeling).
