Cooling Tower Supervisor

We are currently recruiting a Cooling Tower Supervisor for a reference client in the Industry & Engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the installation of structures and equipment;
• Ensure availability of materials and compliance with project specifications;
• Supervise subcontractors on site, ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety;
• Conduct inspections and guarantee compliance with international standards;
• Interpret technical drawings and guide construction activities;
• Prepare progress reports and maintain effective communication with management and clients;
• Implement safety procedures and ensure adherence to local and international regulations;
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, adjusting plans when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial plants;
• Solid knowledge of FRP materials and erection of Cooling Towers with FRP cells;
• Good command of English;
• Strong leadership, team supervision, and communication skills;
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
