Maintenance & Production Manager

We are currently recruiting for a world-leading company in engineering, development, and construction of infrastructure projects. We are looking for a Maintenance & Production Manager to join the team in the Greater Lisbon and Southern Portugal area.

Key Responsabilities:

• Responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of team activities;
• Management and coordination of internal teams and interface with external partners; 
• Planning and monitoring of works, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements;
• Oversight of all phases of planning and production-related activities
• Identification of constructive solutions to improve efficiency;
• Optimization of quality, cost, and time;
• Supervision and assurance of compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering;
• Experience in planning, production, and cost control;
• Strong computer skills (user-level proficiency);
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive profile.
