Insulation Supervisor

We are currently recruiting an Insulation Supervisor for a reference client in the Industry & Engineering sector, to be integrated into the on-site team in Mexico.

Key Responsabilities:

• Supervise the installation and maintenance of hot and cold insulation;
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines;
• Ensure materials are available, compliant with specifications, and delivered on time;
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project standards;
• Monitor quality of workmanship and conduct inspections against technical drawings and specifications;
• Oversee insulation works on industrial equipment, pipes, tanks, vessels, and ductwork;
• Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations;
• Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and stakeholders, reporting on progress and challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Strong reporting, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Proven experience supervising construction team.
