Job Summary:

You are expected to provide daily customer support and utilize your problem-solving skills in supporting end-users, clients, and customers of different nationalities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support to end-users, clients, and customers from different countries, including answering questions, analyzing problems, and

• Making oneself knowledgeable and familiar with the clients' ticketing tools and job-related systems.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any vocational or diploma course or completed at least 2 years in college.
• Proficient in any of the following language in written and/ or verbal communication: Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Min, Hakka, Gan, Xiang, Wu),
Standard Japanese, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Indian (Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, etc.) and other Asian languages.

• Strong English communication skills for both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Promotes cultural literacy
• Ability to stay calm and professional in all circumstances
• Preferably with 1-2 years related experience in a BPO company/ Customer Service industry.
• Preferably with a customer support background.
