Job Summary
  • Monitoring of the client’s systems
  • Monitoring of scheduled jobs in the environment
  • Monitor Production Logs for Errors, Suspicious Activities, Security and/or Data Privacy Issues
  • Regularly perform monitoring scans
  • Setting Severity Levels to Problems/Issues/Defects
  • Ownership of Problems/Issues/Defects Ticket until Resolution
  • Create Root Cause Analysis for Problems/Issues/Defects found
  • Follow-up, Coordinate, and Resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA
  • Workaround, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors
  • Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets
  • Report and Monitor status of the Problems/Issues/Defects reported by the team
  • Management Reporting indicating Status and KPIs
  • Mentor team members and monitor team's performance

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Practical experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment, with an understanding of what works and what doesn’t in a professional-services setting.
  • An understanding of what it means to wear different hats in a small, dynamic team environment, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
  • Experience working in an Agile Environment
  • Strong communication skills for the non-technical team to understand issues and resolutions
  • Preferably with Technical Background
  • Has strong people management skill
  • At least 2 years experience
  • Willing to do remote work temporarily due to COVID-19
  • Willing to work in Salcedo Village, Makati after the pandemic
  • Willing to work in a day shift schedule
