Our Client is a profoud cloud telephony and a CRM solution establishment in Singapore and the only cloud contact center in the region. With 20 employees size, they have been working remotely since the covid situatuon, and now they have approximately 300 customers/accounts large here in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
As part growth, they are looking for an experience SAAS based sales executive who can join our energized team to build a good customer account establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales meetings with stakeholders and provide continuous updates on the sales system.
- Perform market research, prepare sales forecasts, and provide post-sales support.
- Manage and qualify leads, create proposals, and strategize sales decisions.
- Build relationships with customers, provide expert advice, and support marketing events.
- Monitor market trends and gather insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Train and support sales teams and customers on product knowledge and industry trends.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in business management or relevant studies
- 3-4 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS and IT sales.
- Understanding of OmniChannel, call center systems, IP telephony, and chat systems.
- Experience in government tenders.
- Proven track record of selling to mid to senior executives, with proven sales record.
- Willingness to travel across Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia. (50% travelling)
