TEACHERS ASSISTANTS

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special needs under the guidance of teachers and specialists.
Assist students in accessing the curriculum, completing assignments, and participating in classroom activities.
Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral support strategies.
Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social skills and independence.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching staff.
Requirements
Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
