Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all plant, machinery, and equipment on site is inspected daily by competent operators, that inspection checklists are completed diligently, and that any defective equipment is immediately tagged out of service and removed from the work area.
Implement and enforce site-specific health and safety plans in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations, ensuring all personnel undergo site induction and sign the required registers before commencing any work.
Project Coordination & Planning
Liaise with architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, and MEP consultants to resolve design queries, request technical clarifications, process variation orders, and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces seamlessly on site.To apply please forward cv to ; bayholdingspty@gmail.com
