CASHIERS / STOCKTAKERS

Responsibilities
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify shrinkage issues promptly.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, card, and digital payments with speed and precision.
Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally, adhering to company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with product selection by providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
